Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on cybersecurity products.
- You have experience working with or building products for MSP's.
- You understand concepts like multi-tenancy, partner management, and the difference between an IT Admin and an MSP Technician.
- Proven track record of managing web-based administrative consoles, dashboards, or multi-tenant environments.
- Experience building products for IT Administrators or MSPs.
- You understand the balance between granular control and "set-and-forget" simplicity.
- Ability to engage with engineering on cloud architectures, APIs, and data visualization without losing sight of the business outcome.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
