This role demands mastery of Agile practices, exceptional backlog management, and the ability to drive multiple dedicated development teams toward timely, high-quality delivery. You will be the tactical powerhouse ensuring our product vision is translated into working software. The Senior Product Owner is the definitive authority on the day-to-day execution of the development process. You will focus intensely on maximizing the flow of value delivered by the development teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and ensuring technical details and acceptance criteria are flawless. What You'll Do: Backlog Management Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog for multiple teams, ensuring items are clearly defined, detailed, and ordered to maximize business value. Detailed Story Writing Write exceptionally clear, concise, and detailed epic specs user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features, leaving no ambiguity for the development teams. Technical Alignment Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical constraints, resource requirements, and prioritization of features against technical debt.
