Job Description
• Provide leadership for Travel Leaders Network’s Air, Car, and GDS programs
• Champion initiatives that strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance member success
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
• Lead high-level negotiations of GDS hosting agreements
• Develop and execute strategies that align suppliers and TLN Members
• Oversee the onboarding and integration of new TLN Associate ARC branches
• Facilitate monthly TLN Air Branch strategy sessions
• Serve as a key representative for TLN air programs
• Lead annual budget forecasting for air, car, and GDS revenue streams
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with supplier partners
• Drive sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with events and industry relations teams
• Manage GDS relationships on behalf of Internova
Job Requirements
- 7+ years travel industry experience
- Possess a strong understanding of how ARC, IATAN, and the GDS work
- 7+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills including presentation skills, writing skills, etc
- Quantitative skills to analyze and evaluate proposals/contracts
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Up to 10% travel
