Job Description

• Exceed revenue goals by growing existing partnerships and cultivating new business. • Develop strategic, insight-led solutions and proactive opportunities that drive client success. • Present regularly to clients and agencies, both virtually and in person. • Plan and execute client-facing events and meetings. • Partner with media strategy and marketing teams to build integrated solutions aligned with client marketing and business objectives. • Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and account updates

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years of digital pharmaceutical and consumer health ad sales experience.
  • Experience selling DTC and/or HCP-focused media solutions.
  • Consumer health categories such as otc, vms, cpg is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, digital advertising sales process, and performance measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare trends, pharma marketing nuances, and publisher-side ad sales operations.
  • A consultative sales style that delivers insight, adds value, and fosters long-term client relationships.
  • Proven success presenting to and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to inspire cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to travel nationally for client meetings.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
