This Automation Specialist will report to our Development Team Lead and will focus on projects using technology to improve service for our clients and increase efficiency for our staff. Examples of possible projects include: coding in Python, Selenium, integrating processes related to TPA business via API, data layer, and other methods. Job Responsibilities: Technical lead on projects identified by management to automate work processes and improve customer service and company image Maintain scripts and code written by others Manage daily job schedule and optimize throughput of production environment Report regularly to management verbally and in writing Interact with our software vendors about potential automation projects Communicate with IT group to ensure proposed solutions are consistent with our network standards Research and implement complex technology solutions to improve process resiliency and stability, and prepare our systems to scale Deploy scripts and projects from development to production environment Lead by example to accelerate adoption of standards and procedures Qualifications: Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary $100,000 - $110,000 (dependent on experience) Salaried, non-exempt position Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan with employer match Work Location/Hours: Work from home Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer Attend regular video meetings via Microsoft Teams or equivalent We will supply all necessary computer equipment Work hours: standard business hours with core hours in Central Time Zone We get it.
