Job Requirements
- Required Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience across either or both:
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Investment banking and/or Corporate Development, and a proven track-record of successfully leading/building a corporate development function. The candidate will also have experience closing a variety of different kinds of transactions (JVs, investments, partnerships, etc.)
- Strategy Experience: Management consulting experience in a top tier consulting firm or top Corporate Strategy in a highly demanding, fast paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize complex business issues into clear, actionable insights and communicate them concisely to senior leadership
- Industry Experience: Background in Information Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Retail industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with rigorous, methodical approach to business analysis
- Excellent project management capabilities; ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and drive execution across multiple workstreams
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence internal and external partners at all organizational levels
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management and external audiences
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, high-energy professional comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and openness to feedback

- Additional Information
- This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $237,200-$300,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
