Job Description

• monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources • optimizes performance through process improvement activities • devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative • identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics • develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards • begins to influence department’s strategy • makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components • establishes policy and optimizes processes by leveraging industry practices to lean processes and reduce waste • recommends improvements and enhancements to the existing process framework and supporting capabilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of process experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
