Job Description

• Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories. • Regularly audit and verify the integrity of data to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data and take corrective actions. • Communicate project timelines and updates to various stakeholders. • Coordinate, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment during benchmark periods. • Implement and enforce data quality standards and protocols. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all organizational systems. • Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve data quality processes. • Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement. • Work closely with other teams, such as Business Systems, Product Data Integrity, IT, Human Resources, etc. to understand data requirements and ensure data consistency. • Generate and distribute routine reports based on established schedules. • Assist in the development of custom reports for special projects across CX. • Create automated reporting processes where possible to streamline data delivery to stakeholders and increase efficiency. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data entry procedures and standards. • Train new staff on data entry procedures and best practices to ensure accurate and efficient data entry. • Implement and adhere to data security and privacy policies to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., information management, business, computer science) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in data entry and data management roles
  • Strong proficiency in data entry software and database systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Understanding of data security and privacy best practices
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Developing data models and algorithms
  • Ability to learn and adopt new tools and methods for data collection and reporting
