Job Description

• Provide technical and analytical support to the Compensation sub-team • Recommend new hire salary offers and pay rate changes • Perform internal compression analyses • Analyze ASPCA data for external compensation surveys • Provide Workday time tracking support to staff and managers • Ensure all Workday changes are transmitted to payroll weekly • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation systems

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience required
  • At least 4 years of professional work experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a compensation function
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS database systems strongly preferred
  • General compensation knowledge including compliance with state and federal laws
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel (e.g. creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, etc.)
