We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our field productivity solutions within a global environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer insight, and innovation. Day to day you will: Lead Product Management for construction field productivity SaaS solutions, owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes. Drive customer-informed product development by partnering directly with construction users, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiatives. Deliver AI-powered features and self-service capabilities that improve field productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience across construction workflows. Collaborate across the Construction ERP product portfolio to ensure platform integration, consistency, and scalable architecture. Monitor construction industry trends, regulatory requirements, and global team needs, translating insights into actionable product decisions. Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $125,000–$140,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Any compensation outside this range will follow applicable laws and company policy. What are we all about? Job Requirements

  • Your skills and experience will include:
  • Demonstrated experience leading Product Management for SaaS solutions, ideally supporting construction, ERP, or field productivity platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and customer needs into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and iterative releases.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based software using modern product development practices.
  • Experience defining, validating, and delivering AI-driven product features, including prototyping, experimentation, and production deployment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment with flexibility across time zones.
  • Work Authorization:
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.
  • Location:
  • Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones and be available to start their workday at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, with flexibility to adjust their schedule as needed to support executive meetings, customer engagements, and cross-functional collaboration.
