We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our field productivity solutions within a global environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer insight, and innovation. Day to day you will: Lead Product Management for construction field productivity SaaS solutions, owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes. Drive customer-informed product development by partnering directly with construction users, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize high-impact initiatives. Deliver AI-powered features and self-service capabilities that improve field productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience across construction workflows. Collaborate across the Construction ERP product portfolio to ensure platform integration, consistency, and scalable architecture. Monitor construction industry trends, regulatory requirements, and global team needs, translating insights into actionable product decisions. Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $125,000–$140,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
