About the Role We’re looking for a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Brain Co.’s Engineering teams (AI/ML, AI Product, AI Platform). You’ll partner closely with our in-house recruiting team and engineering leadership, including our Head of Engineering, to attract and close world-class technical talent — the kind of people who define the next decade of applied AI. This isn’t a “req-filler” role. You’ll design and drive our recruiting engine — from crafting outbound strategies and refining our brand narrative to managing candidate experience and closing complex offers across global markets. You’ll be joining a high-trust, high-velocity environment where recruiting is seen as a strategic advantage — and your work will directly shape the caliber and trajectory of Brain Co.’s technical team.
