Job Description

• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and AI leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop strategic recruiting plans. • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and product roles, from intake through offer and close. • Source, engage, and assess top technical and product talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, and personal networks. • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs. • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, compensation insights, and interview best practices. • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality of hire. • Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and pipeline health. • Maintain high standards of data integrity and pipeline tracking, using metrics to communicate progress and influence decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical and product recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple technical and product disciplines, such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI/ML roles.
  • Strong track record of developing scalable, repeatable recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Deep expertise in both traditional and advanced sourcing techniques and experience using a wide range of sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated success building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Strong partnership skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, HR, Compensation, and Operations teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate independently in a remote or distributed environment.
