About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help build the foundation of our engineering recruiting engine at Brain Co. You’ll partner directly with engineering leadership to identify, engage, and inspire world-class engineers to join our team. This isn’t a coordination role — you’ll own pipeline creation for some of the most competitive talent pools in the world (AI/ML, Product, Platform). Your work will be critical to scaling Brain Co.’s engineering team, ensuring we can keep up with demand from Fortune 50 companies and government systems around the globe. You’ll be responsible for mapping talent markets, creating targeted outreach strategies, and building the kind of candidate experience that gets top engineers excited to work with us. You Might Thrive in This Role If You: Have 1–3+ years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on engineering or technical talent. Know how to write compelling outreach that gets responses from engineers drowning in recruiter messages. Are highly organized and can juggle multiple searches without dropping details.
