Job Description

• Work with product management team to organize key product specifications that meet or surpass stakeholder requirements • Lead development teams in requirements definition, design, development and implementation. • Manage cross functional teams using agile, passport or phase gate processes • Prepare and monitor project and resource plans. • Drive project success (on budget, on time) interfacing with all functions. • Communicate project objectives, status, and resource requirements to stakeholders and project teams

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree
7+ years of experience in project or program management
Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
Familiarity with project management processes (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
PMP certification is a plus.
Strong team management skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international
Can navigate competing priorities, sometimes conflicting priorities
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee programs, projects and meet with stakeholders.
Strong project management tool knowledge and practical application experience
Strong project management skills with ability to think ahead, anticipate potential problems, and proactively drive project execution
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle process
