Job Description

• Own monitoring of post-sales SME delivery programs for commercial and enterprise accounts including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and stakeholder comms through onboarding/implementation - and after. • Lead cross-functional alignment: Coordinate with customer success managers (CSMs), GRC SMEs, and Product (EPD) to unblock customer outcomes and ensure consistent execution, handoffs, and consistency post-implementation. • Standardize + scale playbooks: Work with SMEs and CSMs to define repeatable processes for framework mapping, evidence expectations, and common customer patterns to reduce time-to-value and improve consistency for our customers. Streamline and automate internal processes related to tracking program success. • Continuously monitor delivery against KPIs: Consider existing KPIs and develop new ones over time to optimize and mature services for Vanta’s customers. • Enable new SMEs and CSMs: On program migration processes and internal mechanisms related to the managed program.

Job Requirements

  • Program management + stakeholder leadership: Ability to run a cross-functional program at-scale, generate written communications for leadership, and identify program risk through continuous KPIs. Experience capturing KPIs and maturing programs.
  • GRC / audit fluency: Experience working in a GRC role and a functional knowledge of inputs/outputs into a successful GRC program, including the time it takes to deliver outputs around an audit cycle.
  • Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills. Including attention to detail, and comfort working independently/virtually. Experience capturing KPIs and maturing programs.
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
