Founded in 1967 by a middle school social studies teacher from Chicago, the company has since grown to become a leader in experiential learning for students of all ages throughout their lifetime learning journey. Job Requirements

  • Compensation plus housing (where required), meals during your designated shift, and travel
  • Successful Candidates
  • Are positive, flexible, and have the ability to work extended days and hours
  • Able to interact successfully with a diverse population
  • Are comfortable residing at the program site
  • Are team players
  • Complete a mandatory training program prior to working first session
  • Pass a mandatory background check
  • Are eligible to work in the United States
  • Are experienced with and enjoy working with groups of youth
  • Possess subject matter expertise (certification, at least two years of collegiate work, degrees, etc.) within relevant program topics
  • Able to successfully co-lead program and work with other on-site leadership positively and productively (leads only)
