• Own the monthly close • Lead and execute the monthly close process end-to-end • Prepare journal entries and complete all balance sheet reconciliations • Maintain organized, audit-ready support documentation • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements • Own revenue, billing, and cash workflows • Manage billing and revenue recognition processes • Reconcile Stripe activity, including cash and fee tracking • Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies directly and professionally • Oversee AP / AR operations • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Oversee credit cards, reimbursements, and AP workflows through Ramp • Maintain strong cash controls and reconciliation discipline • Support audit and reporting • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages • Support the annual audit and provide required documentation • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and documentation standards • Improve systems and processes • Oversee QuickBooks, Stripe, and Ramp administration • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and increase control
