• Calculate and record monthly revenues in accordance with company policies and GAAP • Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Apply and reconcile customer deposits and payments • Calculate and process provider incentive payments in accordance with contractual terms • Perform revenue-related reconciliations, including accrued revenue and AR • Review customer contracts to ensure proper billing and revenue treatment • Partner with operations, sales, and finance teams to resolve billing and revenue discrepancies • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities • Support internal and external audits by providing revenue documentation and analysis • Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes, controls, and documentation, including enhancing automation where possible
