Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and directing computer-related activities within Vamonos IT. Support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and security of all desktop, server, and network infrastructure. Collaborate with senior IT managers to streamline system processes and ensure operational efficiency. Participate in the assessment and selection of new technologies relevant to organizational needs. Help establish IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across all platforms. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating complex problems when necessary. Contribute to IT project management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and documentation. Provide technical support and guidance to staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends, recommending improvements and upgrades as appropriate. Participate in regular audits of IT assets and systems. Support internal Vamonos IT initiatives and operations as needed. Support the Vamonos IT business development initiatives and team. Engage/complete continuing education/certification processes as prescribed by customer and/or Vamonos IT.
