Job Description
• Lead comprehensive, organized retail crime investigations
• Conduct targeted investigations into Xfinity Mobile fraud
• Analyze POS data, activation logs, account activity
• Partner with law enforcement agencies to build cases
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for management
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in fraud investigations, fraud management
- Strong knowledge of fraud typologies, techniques
- Proficiency in using fraud detection tools, data analytics
- Familiarity with telecommunications network infrastructure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Certification or accreditation from a risk or security management program such as: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
