Job Description

• Own and evolve our Agentic & Vertical Apps experiences in Figma • Work as a core triad partner with Product Management and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution • Inform and evolve Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns, AI interaction models, and agent behaviors • Lead by example through strong visual design, interaction design, motion, and prototyping • Act as a force multiplier for the design team by mentoring designers, reviewing work, and challenging assumptions.

Job Requirements

7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows
Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems
Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales—without needing formal management responsibility.
