Job Description
• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims
• Applies intermediate understanding of insurance policies
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential
• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs
• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle
Job Requirements
- Experience handling non-attorney bodily injury claims
- Experience managing nonstandard auto insurance claims
- Familiarity with California-specific claims handling practices and regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required
- Proficient in Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
