Lead and operate the company's export and trade compliance program, providing hands-on counsel and oversight for ITAR/EAR/OFAC matters, classification, jurisdiction determinations, TAAs/MLAs, supplier flowdowns, FOCI/FMS issues, regulatory filings, and training. Advise cross-functional teams and engage regulators to ensure compliant international and government-contract activity.
