Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role (Head of HR/ Head of People / HRD) within a fast-paced product environment.
- Previous experience in a start-up or within the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong background across operations, talent acquisition, and employer brand, with experience leading cross-functional people teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience building distributed, high-performing product-centric teams across multiple geographies and hubs.
- Strong business focus with the ability to align people strategy with growth drivers.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid growth, and cultural transformation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills across organizational levels.
- Fluent level of English.
