Job Requirements
- Robotics & Industrial Domain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the robotics landscape, including the integration of hardware/software and common industry standards (ROS/ROS2).
- Autonomous Execution: A proven track record of working independently to drive complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives to completion in a matrixed environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product strategy and drive organizational alignment.
- Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts, such as simulation, autonomous navigation, or sensor fusion to both engineers and executives.
- Commercial Awareness: Experience working alongside Sales or BD teams to support growth and navigate the fundamentals of strategic technology partnerships.
- Simulation Software Tooling: Experience with simulation software, Synthetic Data Generation (SDG), or Digital Twins.
- AI & Machine Learning Foundations: Familiarity with modern AI training techniques (Reinforcement Learning or Imitation Learning) and their application in robotics.
- RT3D Engine Knowledge: Proficiency with Unity is ideal; experience with other 3D engines or simulation environments is needed.
- XR & Emerging Tech: Knowledge of how XR and spatial computing integrate into industrial "operate and monitor" phases of the robotics industry.
