Job Description

• Supports the design, analysis, and delivery of market-competitive, equitable compensation programs, enabling fair, data-drive decisions. • Provides analytical support, ongoing research, modeling and compensation analysis for base pay and incentive programs. • Evaluates jobs, completes market pricing, determines pay grades, completes compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis by applying standard job evaluation methodologies. • Ensures compensation related programs and practices are competitive and equitable and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Serves as a trusted advisor who consults with HR partners on compensation issues and mentors and guides compensation analysts and specialists.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related analytical role, preferably supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting the administration of incentive compensation plans, including eligibility tracking, payout calculations, proration logic, documentation, and governance controls.
  • Experience working within a healthcare, behavioral health, or hospital system environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential compensation data with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal compensation regulations and strong familiarity with multi-state and multi-jurisdiction wage and hour laws.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
