• Develop and maintain complex lifecycle cost models, including Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), and demand forecasting tools • Perform parametric cost estimating, regression analysis, and data normalization using historical datasets to identify cost drivers and trends • Evaluate design alternatives and assess costs across the full product lifecycle (development through end-of-life) • Interpret technical documentation such as blueprints, P&IDs, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to extract accurate cost inputs • Support warranty reserve planning and cost-recovery strategies through financial modeling and trend analysis • Generate pricing inputs and financial analysis for retrofit and upgrade programs • Analyze lifecycle cost trends, margin performance, and financial exposure to inform strategic decisions • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess risk, quantify uncertainty, and determine appropriate contingencies • Develop and present clear, data-driven business cases to support lifecycle investment decisions • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to translate technical assumptions into commercial and financial outputs • Present and defend complex financial analyses to leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and confidence • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost assumptions, estimates, and reporting
