Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM/campaign support, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Braze or comparable) and digital marketing workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reviewing and editing messaging for brand, tone, consistency, accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple inbound requests, track status, and deliver on deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Operations, AM/IM and external vendors.
- Some experience in or familiarity with health-benefits communications or regulated industries.
