As an Administrative Assistant at VESA Investment Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions essential to our dynamic construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to facilitate effective communication and ensure project timelines are met, all while contributing to the company's mission of delivering modern and functional spaces tailored to client and community needs.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and construction teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and files.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory for construction projects.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for ongoing projects.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and project management software is a plus.
