• Own configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of marketing systems across Salesforce, Unify, Freckle, and adjacent tools • Build, stitch, and maintain automations (e.g. lead flows, routing, intent-triggered outbound, campaign enablement) • Ensure data integrity and tightness across the top-of-funnel as new channels, programs, and tweaks are introduced • Partner with Marketing and GTM Ops to translate strategy, playbooks, and frameworks into executable systems • Switch programs on/off, iterate flows, and clean up legacy or broken logic with a systems-first mindset • Document systems, use cases, and operating procedures to create repeatability and leverage
