• Support strategic planning and execution of key initiatives across the organization • Manage cross-functional projects tied to growth, operational improvement, and performance tracking • Track initiative progress and KPIs, maintaining dashboards and regular leadership updates • Partner with senior leaders to coordinate priorities and ensure follow-through • Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and timelines • Prepare executive-facing materials including initiative updates, presentations, and planning documents • Help establish operating rhythms such as quarterly planning, initiative reviews, and retrospectives • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives and work with teams to resolve them • Support process improvement and documentation efforts as the organization scales • Contribute to ad hoc strategic projects related to expansion, partnerships, or organizational needs
