• Drive execution of the data platform roadmap in partnership with Engineering leadership. • Own day-to-day program operations for the data platform pod. • Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives balancing scope, timelines, and resources. • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Partner with data engineering teams to document current-state architecture and dependencies. • Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and ensure understanding of outcomes. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of initiatives with broader architecture. • Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and delivery status.
