• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI programs across multiple workstreams. • Own program planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial tracking. • Drive roadmap execution aligned with business strategy and data modernization initiatives. • Manage distributed teams including Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and Analysts. • Ensure adherence to Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery methodologies. • Provide architectural guidance for cloud-native data platforms using Snowflake and AWS Glue. • Oversee design and implementation of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data. • Ensure best practices in data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks. • Lead integration of Generative AI use cases including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI automation solutions. • Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure compliance and data protection standards. • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Translate business requirements into scalable Data & AI solutions. • Present executive-level updates, dashboards, and risk mitigation plans. • Drive value realization and measurable business outcomes from data investments.
