Job Description

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights for portfolio performance • Present analysis and insights to senior management and clients, which include large financial institutions and investors • Uncover and analyze data sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to discover insights • Collaborate with business partners across all of Solar Servicing to deliver business value and optimize processes and performance • Develop and provide standardized reporting that enables business leaders and high performing teams to deliver the superior portfolio performance • Drive insights into process improvements that enable the team to monitor processes, vendor performance, and ultimately improve portfolio performance • Design and analyze A/B tests to identify the most successful program and process designs to achieve superior performance • Analyze historical performance data to assist in forecasting performance • Maintain documentation on reporting and analysis • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 4 years of analytics experience required
Experience using analytics tools such as Snowflake, Python, SQL, Excel, and/or Business Objects within operational environments required
Demonstrated application of insights to improve business outcomes
Experience transforming data and knowledge into effective presentation of insights and recommendations for stakeholders; Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
