Job Description
• Handling service tickets for account creation, password resets,
task creation and modifications of file transfers
• Troubleshooting MOVEit Automation and Transfer applications
• General Windows administration
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years of total work experience
- Understanding of FTP/SFTP
- Basic through intermediate understanding of networking and server inter-connectivity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation applications
