Job Description
• Responsible for Quality engineering strategy and execution in support of network enablers targets
• Quality Excellence delivery in consumer experience and breakthrough opex
• Develop and manage roadmaps to deliver capability development and maturity evolution for process control
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver strategy to build capability and enhance integrated digital solutions
• Responsible for a team of Quality engineers focused on delivery of targeted improvement projects
• Lead high stakes network level programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, engineering or comparable technical degree required
- 8+ years of process development/process engineering/manufacturing operations, project management, or Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- 70% travel
- 10+ years of process development, process engineering, manufacturing operations, project management or quality experience within food manufacturing (Nice to Have)
- SAP experience
- Minitab or statistical analysis experience
