Job Description
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor required and qualification to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ethics and compliance, regulatory, investigations, or related legal roles within a government agency, multinational company, or law firm
- Experience supporting publicly traded companies preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior leadership
- Proven ability to identify legal and ethics issues on complex matters and recommend practical, risk‑mitigating solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and navigate a large, matrixed organization to drive successful initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance environments is a plus
