Job Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited institution and qualification to practice law
- General Counsel experience preferred; significant in-house leadership experience required
- Strong background in enterprise SaaS, technology, and/or complex B2B environments
- Deep expertise in commercial contracting, preferably with multinational businesses and governmental entities, with broad generalist legal experience preferred
- Proven experience working directly with executive leadership and boards
- Proven cross-border experience working in a global business, including local language and regulatory profiles
- Strong judgment, leadership presence, and ability to balance risk with business needs.
