Job Description

• Execute the Company’s investor relations strategy, messaging, and engagement plan • Serve as a key spokesperson to lenders, investors, and rating agencies, including commercial banks, institutional bondholders, insurance companies and private credit funds • Produce and maintain marketing materials including management presentations and company overview materials for inclusion in debt execution presentations • Manage ad-hoc lender information requests • Support the Capital Markets team in the execution of new debt issuances (construction, revolvers, securitizations, private placements) • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financial information and other deliverables • Analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform executive leadership • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and other stakeholders • Organize and coordinate prep and post-meeting follow-up related to investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings • Build and maintain a comprehensive investor database to proactively manage lending relationships and identify prospective relationships • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage disclosure obligations • Advise executive leadership on investor perceptions and market dynamics • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure or data centers
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
