Job Description

• Oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of healthcare interface solutions • Lead a team of integration analysts and developers • Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather interface requirements • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant privacy and security regulations • Manage vendor relationships for third-party integrations involving Cloverleaf

Job Requirements

7 to 10 years of people leadership experience
5 years of experience in HL7 interface development
Proven experience with Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine
Strong understanding of HL7 (v2.x, v3), FHIR, CCD/C-CDA
Familiarity with scripting languages (TCL, JavaScript)
Knowledge of SQL and Azure
Experience with clinical systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
