Job Description
• Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and chats for product and calibration sales
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing or expediting orders
• Build and maintain customer relationships through a consultative approach
• Prepare product and calibration quotes and orders
• Provide technical product support to customers
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be detail oriented
