Job Description

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships • Lead recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital marketing initiatives to attract top talent • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.
Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred)
Demonstrates proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe)
Must maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
Actively listens, seeks clarification when needed, and communicates effectively.
