Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Registered Dietitian, or other comparable degree
- 3+ years of experience in the clinical field
- Clinical licensure or certification relevant to the healthcare discipline is highly desirable.
- Proficiency or experience with the Athena EHR platform
- Experience in case management and or quality assurance
- Proven experience in developing and delivering clinical education and training programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with knowledge base platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
