Job Description

• Design, implement, and continuously refine impact measurement frameworks • Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights • Organize, sequence, and manage large-scale data projects • Act as a senior thought partner on the Data Analytics team • Offer expert guidance on data interpretation and evaluation design • Conduct needs assessments and identify critical data gaps

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong project management skills
Proven experience in data analysis and measurement, with SQL proficiency
Extensive experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience working in a cross-departmental capacity
Proven track record of identifying data gaps and designing scalable solutions
