Job Description

• Own and optimize marketing funnel reporting, from first touch through revenue • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure clean handoffs and consistent data • Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot) • Monitor campaign performance, attribution, and conversion rates, surfacing actionable insights • Build dashboards and reports that enable leadership to make fast, confident decisions • Support marketing process updates and list imports for webinars, tradeshows, dinners, and other field or lifecycle marketing initiatives • Ensure accurate lead ingestion, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking across all event-driven campaigns • Support lead management processes, including scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across tools, processes, and data • Help implement and document scalable RevOps best practices as the company grows • Support system integrations used by the Marketing Team

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
  • Ability to translate messy data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams
  • High attention to detail paired with a bias toward action
  • Comfort moving quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine desire to make systems, and teams, better
