Job Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel media campaigns across digital, social, search, programmatic, and select traditional channels • Serve as a trusted media advisor in client conversations, presenting recommendations and performance insights with clarity and confidence • Oversee campaign pacing, performance, and budgets to ensure alignment with client KPIs and delivery expectations • Translate performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and client-facing reporting, including wrap reports and optimization guidance • Partner with strategy planners and account teams on campaign kickoffs, audience approach, channel mix, and performance goals

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in media strategy, planning, buying, and/or activation, with hands-on involvement in integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to strategically engage with clients, build trust and make recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of the media ecosystem, including digital, social, search, programmatic, and traditional channels
  • Hands-on experience working in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or DSPs
  • Ability to manage campaign performance, pacing, optimization, and reporting
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Familiarity with higher education marketing is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
