Job Description

• Own internal tech + product enablement for NodeZero and our broader platform • Design and run SE and CSM onboarding and ongoing technical enablement • Build and manage a Partner technical enablement and accreditation/certification program • Stand up and operationalize Value Engineering content, tools, and training • Own competitive research, guidance, and positioning, enabling the field to clearly differentiate Horizon3 and NodeZero versus legacy tools and emerging competitors

Job Requirements

7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS; strong preference for cybersecurity or infrastructure experience.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, certifications) for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners).
Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives.
Hands‑on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts (attack paths, AD, cloud, identity, vulnerability and exposure management) or strong adjacent experience with the ability to ramp quickly.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing on launches and roadmap‑driven enablement.
Strong program management skills: intake and prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical practitioners and executives.
