• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget, and timeline. • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning processes, integrate with financial and operational strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes. • Establish and manage program governance, including project plans, business case development, milestones, risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team • Provide guidance and facilitate important decisions and activity completions with working teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring that deliverables meet organizational needs and standards. • Support enablement and operationalization of enterprise governance, operating model, and change controls post go-live.
