- Proven track record of leading multiple highly successful cross-functional teams
- Comfort navigating through ambiguity and changing business environments
- Strong ability to think through unifying elements and develop efficient workflows
- Data driven approach for everything you do; understanding your customers
- Ability to work in an agile fashion with your teams
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus
