Job Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and scope product requests balancing long term vision and short-term pain points
- Highly motivated and resourceful, able to navigate complex issues independently
- Extremely strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep complex initiatives clear, structured, and moving forward
- A day in the life:
- Translate customer needs, business priorities, and product strategy into clear, actionable product improvements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to define goals, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to inform product decisions and validate direction
- Ideate and communicate product concepts through wireframes, workflows, and prototypes using Figma
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities and timelines with business goals
- Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria to guide engineering execution
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery using tools such as Notion
- Review in-progress work and provide timely product feedback
- Communicate product direction, changes, decisions, and performance to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to building strong product practices, processes, and culture
- Here's what you need to get our attention:
- 3-4 years of proven B2B SaaS product management experience with ownership of real product features or product areas
- A track record of shipping product improvements from concept through delivery
- Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments
- Experience translating customer, business, and technical inputs into clear product direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Product Management, Business, UX/UI design, Engineering or related degree -
- or equivalent work experience: If you have a four-year degree, that's great; we care more about your past experience and ability to do the job, so please apply even if you don't have a degree

- Experience launching a 0–1 product or major product capability through to commercial availability and customer adoption
- Previous experience in software designed for marketers in the social, moderation or analytics space.
- Proven ability to use modern AI tools to accelerate product development, including building and iterating on functional prototypes with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar

- Location is flexible for this position. Our office is based in Boulder, CO and employees located within driving distance come into the office 2 days per week. We are also open to 100% remote candidates in the US.
